How engagements are resourced

Senior-led, resourced deliberately.

The Chalkboard is not a traditional agency with a permanent delivery department. Every engagement is led by Stacey-Leigh. Where a brief requires specialist execution, independent professionals are brought in for the specific scope — such as design, copy, content, development, CRM, automation or media. Clients know who is involved and why.

Point of view

What I believe about marketing.

Marketing is a commercial function, not a content department

If marketing cannot be discussed in the same language as revenue, cost and pipeline, it will always be treated as discretionary.

Structure beats volume

Most businesses do not need more campaigns. They need fewer, better-connected decisions made in the right order.

Strategy is worthless if the team cannot run it

A plan is only finished when the people who have to execute it understand their part in it.

Senior ownership cannot be delegated to a supplier list

Someone has to hold the whole picture. That responsibility is the work — not an account-management layer on top of it.

Your business may not need more marketing. It may need one clear system.

Start with a Commercial Growth Review and identify what should change first.
